"No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God."

‭‭Romans‬ ‭4:20‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Praising and thinking God is an expression of faith. It also builds and strengthens our faith. When we praise God we are reminded of what He has done; we are reminded of His promises and His faithfulness to keep them. Praising God brings to our mind and heart the nature of God, His eternal power and His Character.

Abraham “grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God.” That’s a good model for us to imitate. Praise Him! Remind Him, ourselves, and whoever else is listening of His promises, His faithfulness, and His righteousness.

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." ‭‭(1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:16-18‬)

Give glory to God and see how your faith grows stronger.

Heavenly Father, You are the God of heaven and earth, and Lord of my life. You have made me and everything that exists, and You have faithfully provided everything I have needed up to now. Your Promises are sure, because You made them and You “uphold the universe with Your Word of power.” I worship You today, knowing that You will keep Your Word to me, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
