"Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: 'Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.'

Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates."

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭31:28-31‬

Happy Mother’s Day!

What a blessing from God is a Godly mother. No one is capable of loving a child more, pouring herself into his or her life more, or giving up any thing else she might love or want for herself, for the sake of her child. No one is more intensely committed to the health, success, and happiness of her husband and children. And no one has a more profound impact on the formation of a child’s character than a godly mother.

Today is the special day for us children to rise up and bless our moms, and for us husbands of such women to praise them. Thank you for all that you have given us. God bless you!

Father, thank you for Godly women who fear You, love You, and have their heart so beautifully set on fulfilling their calling as a wife and mother above all else. We pray You would return blessings on each of them and let them see the fruit of their labor of love, both now and forever. Amen.
