"My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." - ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭121:2-4‬

God doesn’t fall asleep. He doesn’t get distracted and forget about you. He doesn’t go off on a vacation and leave you helpless. He is always watching over you and keeping you safe. Nothing can touch you without His loving permission.

When He allows hard things to come, He has a loving purpose even then and He is working in all things for your good. Your help still comes from Him. He is able to keep you and uphold you when the way is slippery and treacherous.

Look to Him. Trust Him to accomplish His good purpose and bring you safely through this. Approach it His way. Faithfully follow His Word through the confusion, and you’ll see how the darkness dissipates and the dawn will appear.

Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

Lord Jesus, keep my eyes on You. Help me to lift up my eyes and look away from the temporary impossibility that stands before me and see the eternal purpose and glory that You have promised. I will look to You. Lord, keep me close. Amen. Pastor Dan Giles ______________________
