"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand."
John 10:27-28
The Lord says three things about His own:
1) they hear My voice
2) they follow Me
3) they will never perish.
He also says three things about Himself, regarding His own:
1) I know them
2) I give them eternal life
3) no one will snatch them out of My hand.
Are you one of His? If you are, then each of these statements is true about you. He knows you. He gives you eternal life, and no one can snatch you out of His hand.
Listen closely to His voice! Follow Him as He calls you by His Word, and you will never perish.
Lord Jesus, thank you for assurance and security while the world shifts and wonders. Tune the ears of my heart to hear Your voice and keep me following close to You. Amen!
